Top Rages - October 1998
Disclaimer:
First of all, I just print the Rages as I gets 'em, with minor editing to protect the Rager's identity -- if requested -- and to clean up the language if it's necessary.
Secondly, I don't judge the people that write the Rages, nor do I share any of their opinions or any apparant bias they may display toward any particular group or members of any society -- once again, I only print 'em as I gets 'em.

Top Rage for October 1998...
I am sick and tired of being screwed by companies that think once they sell you something they can forget about you, so I am going to list a few companies that have really cheesed me over the last year or so and encourage you NOT to patronize them, or buy their products.
These crappy companies are:
KCPQ Channel 13 - Seattle FOX

I am pissed at these guys because they did
not grant me a waiver to continue viewing FOX via satellite
because my picture should be 'great' according to them. In
reality my picture sucks big time!!! And to top of just how
random their criteria for choosing who to grant waivers to is, I
offer you this:
My neighbor and I sent identical letters to KCPQ requesting waivers for the same reason. He got a waiver, I did not.
KIRO TV - Channel 7 - Seattle CBS

I am pissed at these guys for the same reason I am pissed at
KCPQ. Although they have neither granted or denied my waiver yet,
just the fact that they have not responded -- after a month and a
half! -- and are supporting the limiting of my viewing choices as
a consumer pisses me off.

The following is a list of contractors that did a sub-par job on their part of building my home and have proven extremely poor when it comes to customer service. Furthermore, they have proven very elusive, and reluctant, when trying to get them to fix the things that they screwed up!
Northwest Heritage Homes - General Contractor
Fred's Drywall - Drywall - Out of Business (Gee. I wonder why???)
Dreyer's Interior - Carpets, Linoleum, Counter Tops - Gig Harbor
Pac West Landscaping - Lawn, Landscaping - Out of Business
On the other hand, here are some contractors that did a great job, and have bent over backwards to make things right...
ABC Cabinets - Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinets - Tacoma
Pacific Air Heating and Air Conditioning - Tacoma
Advanced Electric - Electrical and Alarm System - Puyallup
